The app makes you an account on first launch without asking for anything: no name, no email, no phone number, no password. It is an identifier and nothing else, and it exists so that your revision survives a lost phone. Your progress is stored under it. You may attach a Google account later if you want to carry that progress to another device, and only then do we hold an email address.

Your answers, your mistakes list, the spaced-repetition schedule, the language and country you picked, and any downloaded material. None of it is sent anywhere and we cannot access it. Deleting the app deletes it permanently.
Usage analytics runs for every installation. It measures how the app is used — screens opened, exams started, questions answered — and never carries your name, email or answers. Deleting the app ends the collection; a reinstall starts a new identifier unconnected to the old one.
Some of these process data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses.
These are described in advance so you know what may appear and on what terms. Until we announce it in the app none of them is active, and the App Store privacy label reflects what the app actually does, not these notices.
Today the app shows no adverts and does not read the advertising identifier. Should that change, iOS will ask for your permission first through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Without your permission the identifier is not read, and any adverts would be non-personalised.
Switching advertising on would mean sharing data with an ad network. Any such network will be named in this policy before the first advert is served.
Alongside the subscription we may offer one-off purchases — lifetime access, or a video bundle. The data collected is the same as for a subscription: product, transaction id and amount. Card details always stay with Apple and never reach us.
If we introduce them, the system will ask for your permission separately. A notification token belongs to a device rather than a person, and we do not join it to anything identifying.
We may add crash reporting so faults are fixed sooner. Such a report carries the device model, the OS version and a stack trace — never your answers or anything you type.
We may add more tools measuring advertising performance. They would run on the same pseudonymous install identifier and on the same basis.
Analytics and attribution data — 24 months from collection. Subscription data — for the life of the subscription and for as long as accounting law requires. Content server logs — per Google Firebase Hosting defaults.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may object to analytics being processed.
An honest limitation: because we collect nothing that identifies you, we cannot locate your events from a request — we have no way to confirm that a pseudonymous identifier is yours. If you want collection to stop and the existing data to be detached from your installation, delete the app; a reinstall generates a new identifier.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The app is intended for people preparing for a driving-licence examination and is not directed at children under 16.
We announce material changes in the app before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always identifies the version in force.
